S/V Estrella — 1973 Bristol 35
Follow Dillon Robbins as he refits a fifty-year-old sailboat and takes her out alone, nonstop, around the North Atlantic — documenting every repair, squall, and quiet mile along the way.
Dillon Robbins is a USCG-licensed Chief Engineer and offshore endurance sailor, documenting Estrella — a 1973 Bristol 35 — as he prepares her for a solo, nonstop Atlantic circuit.
After years working the engine rooms of commercial fishing boats in Alaska, Dillon built Estrella Offshore to share what that world doesn't usually show: the seamanship, the mechanical problem-solving, and the slow, deliberate work of getting an old boat ready for serious ocean voyaging.
The Estrella Offshore Atlantic campaign follows the historic wind patterns of the North Atlantic gyre — a route sailors have used for centuries, taken on alone and without a single stop.
Every stage of the voyage will be documented as it happens: the refit, the offshore preparation, the departure, the long stretches alone at sea, and the condition of the boat and gear when she finally comes home.
In the last 90 days, Estrella Offshore grew from a new account into a national sailing and adventure platform — most of it from people who didn't already follow the page.
The audience is mostly working-age men interested in sailing, engineering, tools, and traditional craftsmanship — three out of four watching from the United States.
Estrella Offshore works with a small number of carefully chosen partners whose equipment, services, and values fit the realities of offshore sailing. Proposals can be built around a single product, a category, or the full voyage.
Ongoing participation across the refit, departure, Atlantic passage, and return.
Content covering product selection, installation, offshore use, and post-passage condition.
Integrated reels, stories, photography, and technical demonstrations built around a genuine campaign need.
Whether it's a full campaign partnership or a single piece of gear that needs to prove itself offshore, Dillon reads every message himself.
